I have been working with Diana for over 3 months now, after understanding that breathing through my mouth was not a good thing for my body. It was a matter of getting the training started for me to see the difference in my energy levels, better sleeping nights with proper rest and after a couple of months discussing with my GP how my lungs had gotten stronger, not that we had thought they were weak. Now I am very self aware of when my mouth tries to do the work for my nose and I get to fix it on the moment. I am glad I participated in the Oxygen Advantage program with Diana. Within few weeks I’ve learnt how to breathe correctly, and as an active person I’ve noticed better recovery time after strength and conditioning workout (burpees ect.) I have quality sleep now (I wake up more refreshed than before the course). I recommend that program to everyone working out.

Diana has deep knowledge of breathing methods that she teaches to groups and individuals. I was lucky to attend one of her sessions on diaphragmatic breathing and it was very insightful and pragmatic. I slept amazingly well afterwards
